Children’s charity Kibble is recruiting new staff for a range of roles, including positions at its Paisley campus.
The charity will hold a careers fair in Glasgow tomorrow for people interested in starting a career in care or using their existing skills in a new role.
The event takes place from 11am to 3pm on Wednesday 2nd September at 133 Finnieston Street.
Vacancies currently available include full-time and part-time Child and Youth Care Worker roles at Kibble’s Paisley campus.
The charity is also recruiting an Early Years Practitioner in Hillington, an HR Officer in Finnieston and peripatetic Child and Youth Care Workers across various locations.
Service Manager positions are also available within Kibble’s residential services.
Child and Youth Care Workers support care-experienced children and young people living in Kibble’s residential houses.
Their work can include helping young people with daily routines, activities and school, as well as providing a listening ear.
They work alongside social workers, psychologists, teachers and other professionals.
Kibble said the event is open to people with experience in social care and those considering entering the sector.
Employees can access the charity’s Further Study Programme to pursue education and qualifications relevant to their work.
A range of working patterns is available, including early and back shifts, dedicated night shifts and job-share arrangements.
