A man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash involving a pedestrian and a car on Barrhead Road in Paisley.
Elizabeth Kennedy, 70, from Paisley, was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident, which happened around 7pm on Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
The collision took place on Barrhead Road, just east of the junction with Ladykirk Crescent, and involved a white car which failed to stop at the scene.
Police Scotland confirmed a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
