A free afternoon of music, dance and family entertainment will take place at the Tannahill Centre in Paisley on Saturday 29th August.
Fàilte Paisley will run from 1pm until 4pm, with doors opening at 12 noon.
The community fundraising event will support Classrooms for Malawi and Fèis Phàislig.
Hosted by Joy Dunlop, the afternoon will feature ceilidh dancing, live music and guest performers.
Visitors will also be invited to share a tune, song, poem or story.
Children’s activities will include a bouncy castle and glitter tattoos. Food vans will offer refreshments throughout the afternoon.
A tombola and raffle will raise funds for the two chosen causes.
Admission is free, although donations are welcome.
Councillor Janis McDonald, who is supporting the event, said: “Fàilte Paisley is all about bringing people together. We wanted to create a welcoming, family-friendly afternoon where people can enjoy music, dancing and culture while supporting two fantastic causes.
“There really is something for everyone, from ceilidh dancing and live performances to children’s activities, food vans, tombola and raffle. Most importantly, the event is free, so everyone can come along and enjoy the afternoon. If people are able to donate or support the fundraising activities, that will be very much appreciated.”
