Ryanair yesterday celebrated its first flight from Glasgow to Chania in Crete.

The airline will operate a weekly service to Chania on Wednesdays offering customers in Glasgow even more choice for summer 2015.

To celebrate, Ryanair is releasing 100,000 seats across its European network at prices starting from £19.99 for travel in September and October and these low fare seats are available for booking until midnight on Monday, 8th June 2015.

Ryanair’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Maria Macken said: “Ryanair is delighted to celebrate its inaugural flight from Glasgow to Chania. Ryanair will operate a weekly flight to the city on Wednesdays offering customers in Glasgow even more choice for summer 2015.”
