Two men have been arrested for housebreaking in Paisley.
The men, aged 18 and 24, who are both from Paisley, were arrested yesterday afternoon (Thu 12th Jan 2017) for alleged Theft by Housebreaking in Crosbie Woods, Paisley.
They were arrested by Police near the scene and were also charged with a similar crime from November 2016.
Both were held in custody and appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court today.
Detective Inspector Chow of the Proactive team said ‘This was an excellent detection with officers recovering the stolen property as well as making the arrest.
“I would encourage people to be vigilant around their property and that of their neighbours and report anything suspicious immediately.’
