Police have appealed for information after a local farmer has lost 22 sheep due to Sheep Worrying.
The crime happened between 7th January & 24th January 2017, the farmer from Kilbarchan has lost a total of 22 sheep from a field near Lochside, Lochwinnoch after having been chased by dogs believed to be lurchers.
Most of the sheep have been lost to pneumonia brought on by stress of being chased by the dogs.
A grey Metallic single cab pickup has also been seen acting suspiciously in the area.
Police Scotland have asked that any sightings of the vehicle, or any other vehicles like the description, or if you any information on poachers please contact them on 101.
