Shugz has long been a favourite guest at Club 69. His music spans trance, techno and hard techno, having started his career in trance before developing a broader sound.
According to his agency biography, he secured a multi-track record deal with Columbia Records/Room Two in 2024. His festival appearances have included Creamfields, Coloursfest and Planet Love.
Daz Scott and Elliott Skeoch will play back-to-back, taking turns to select and mix tracks.
Scott is a producer and DJ from Ayrshire. His previous Club 69 appearances include a release party and a night supporting Skream.
OVR U is also on the programme for both the Friday and Saturday closing parties. Goodtimeswithfriends completes tonight’s line-up.
Known as the Rave Cave, Club 69 sits beneath a curry house at 40 New Sneddon Street. It has been part of Scotland’s underground club culture for decades.
Its dancefloor has welcomed artists including Underground Resistance, Andrew Weatherall, Slam and the late Jackmaster. The venue has also provided a platform for emerging talent.
The closing programme brings together returning guests and artists with connections to the club.
Skream was booked to play Thursday’s entire evening, from 10.30pm until 2am. Friday’s programme featured TLØ and Gabriel Padrevita, with support from OVR U and Gibby.
TLØ returned to the basement venue that helped give them a platform as emerging local talent.
Tonight’s party, billed as “The Final Dance”, concludes the farewell programme.
