Renfrewshire Council will join communities and organisations across the country in observing a minute’s silence to remember the victims of the terror attack in Tunisia.

Council offices and premises will observe the one minute silence at noon on Friday 3rd July which will take place one week after the attack.

Renfrewshire’s Provost Anne Hall said: “Everyone was shocked and saddened by the loss of life in Tunisia.

“I know the people of Renfrewshire will want to join the whole country in paying our respects to the victims and showing their families that they are very much in our thoughts.”
