An appeal has been made for any budding bluenose footballers to take part in a charity football game.
The game is in aid of ‘fans tackling MND’ but the team have lost a few players due to other commitments.
The event isn’t until next summer but the squad needs to train together at least once a month.
The team has the backing of the Jimmy Johnstone Foundation who have offered to train the match teams properly in the lead up to the main game.
Charity organisers have also secured a rather fabulous venue.
More details will be revealed nearer the time but organisers say the event will be way better than last year.
If your interested please send a Facebook message to Elaine Stirling or send Renfrewshire24 your details and we’ll pass them on.
