A former Council office, the Advice Works is to become a hair and beauty salon.
Planning bosses agreed terms with Beau Ami Hair and Beauty Limited which includes two months rent free to allow them to set up. A five year lease has been signed.
The unit, in Collier Street has been empty since April 2015 after the Advice Works team moved over to the new Johnstone Town Hall.
