A grievance, I’m afraid.
It’s come to my attention that you’re fond of a photograph I took of Elm Drive in Johnstone Castle, about 10 years ago. You probably found it on my mothballed Flickr site:
This image has been used on several of your Johnstone Castle articles over the last few years. Same low resolution, same parked cars, same novice angles:

I myself worked as a journalist for several years and I’m delighted to see projects like yours cropping up. I really like what I see on your site, and believe it’s important that small-town-Scotland has a presence on the web.
However, you should have asked for permission before you used that image. Not that I care that much – although I have every right to – but it’s lazy practice. It would have taken all of 30 seconds to copypaste my name from Flickr into Facebook, and dropped me a message there.
I have no problem with you using any of my images so long as I’m given credit for taking them – another courtesy you’ve not afforded me.
Please fix this.
