Police Scotland officers based at Ferguslie Park police office carried out searches under warrant at two addresses in the Paisley area.

Officers from the town’s Violence Reduction Unit were assisted with entry and search by the Police Scotland support and dog units.

Class A drugs and cash with a value of £2000 were seized.

A 38-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man were arrested and charged with drug supply offences and were held in custody to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
