Johnstone Burgh FC has made several first-team changes ahead of the new season, securing new deals for some players while saying farewell to others.

Goalkeeper Luke Scullion has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2028. In addition, six players – Kyle Lafferty, Max Kerr, Darren Christie, Craig Menzies, Malky McDonald, and Aaron Mason – have all secured one-year extensions.

Several other players will also remain with the club for another season as they remain in contract.

They are Calum Law, Cammy Eadie, Danny O’Neill, Kian Gilday, Derek Esplin, Noah Young, Blair Rossiter, Allan MacKenzie, Ross Smith, Aidan Gilmartin, and Ciaran Diver have all been confirmed to continue representing Johnstone Burgh.

However, Jason Naismith, Connor McGlinchey, Fraser Mullen, Gary McCann, Alan Cook, Stuart McCann, and Ross Davidson who was on loan from Stirling Albion, will be leaving the club before the new season starts.

Johnstone Burgh released a statement that said: “Johnstone Burgh FC would like to thank the departing players for their time and effort at the club and wish them the very best for their new ventures.”
