Quarriers to host event for brain injury support in Renfrewshire

Quarriers is inviting local people to a special event to celebrate the launch of its Brain Injury Community Support Service in Renfrewshire.

The event will take place on Thursday 3rd October at Tweedie Hall, Bridge Street, Linwood, running from 1pm to 3pm.

The afternoon will feature expert talks, lived-experience stories, and live music from performers who have experienced brain injuries. There will also be information on benefits, rights, and family support, with the chance to meet Quarriers’ support team in person.

The charity says the event is open to anyone living with a brain injury, along with their friends, families, or carers. Refreshments will be provided.
