Following a successful launch last week, Andys Man Club will host its second session in Johnstone this Monday evening, offering men across the community a safe and welcoming place to talk.
The group meets every Monday from 7pm to 9pm at 7 Quarry Street, and is open to all men aged 18 and over. Sessions are free, with no referrals or bookings required – anyone who wants to come along can simply turn up.
Andys Man Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity running more than 315 peer-to-peer talking groups across the UK, alongside online meetings. The charity’s mission is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
