Families were treated to a festive surprise at the weekend as Santa Claus arrived at Dobbies’ Glasgow store in the most unconventional way possible – on a bright red tractor.
The special arrival on Sunday 23rd November marked the official start of the garden centre’s Christmas events calendar, with Santa joined by his team of cheerful elves as they waved to the crowds.
Locals turned out to enjoy the celebrations, which included live music from Renfrew Brass Band and plenty of festive cheer throughout the store. Shoppers made the most of the free community event, picking up early Christmas gifts and enjoying seasonal treats from the restaurant’s festive menu.
Dobbies’ full line-up of Christmas experiences is now open for booking, including Santa’s Grotto and other family activities at the Braehead store.
