A free NHS volunteer-led hearing aid drop-in service is available at three locations across Renfrewshire to help people with hearing aids.

The service runs at the community hub on the ground floor of Belmar Court on the last Monday of every month from 10am to 12pm.

Volunteers can supply and fit new hearing aid batteries, fit new tubing, and provide hearing aid advice and information.

The service can also clean hearing aids and arrange for replacement parts to be sent by audiology before fitting them if required.

Other regular drop-in sessions take place at Johnstone Town Hall on the first Wednesday of every month from 10am to 12pm, and at Linwood Library on the second Wednesday of every month from 10am to 12pm.
