McGill’s Buses is introducing a new hourly bus service linking Clydebank, Braehead and the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) via the Renfrew Bridge.

The new Service 24 is due to begin on 13th July 2026.

The route will run between Clydebank Business Park and the QEUH, with buses crossing the Renfrew Bridge and serving Braehead Bus Station.

McGill’s said the new service is designed to make it easier for people travelling for shopping, work, hospital appointments and leisure.

The operator said buses will continue beyond the QEUH as Service 23 to Govan and Glasgow city centre via Fastlink.

According to the published timetable, Service 24 will operate every hour throughout the day in both directions.

The first bus from Clydebank Business Park is scheduled to leave at 7.22am, with the last departure at 8.41pm. From the QEUH, the first bus leaves at 7.53am, with the final journey departing at 9.13pm.
