West College Scotland will hold a free care careers event at its Paisley campus on Wednesday 28th October 2026, giving students and job seekers the chance to meet local employers and explore vacancies.
The event will run from 10am until 2pm. It is open to students, job seekers and anyone interested in finding out more about opportunities in the care sector.
Attendees will be able to speak directly with local care providers, learn about different career paths and find out about the skills and qualities employers are looking for.
College representatives will also be available to discuss qualifications and training, including full-time, part-time and professional learning courses for people beginning or progressing a career in care.
The events return following last year’s programme, which connected students, job seekers and local employers across the care sector.
A separate event will take place at the college’s Greenock Waterfront campus on Wednesday 21st October 2026, from 10am until 2pm.
Students and job seekers can meet care employers, explore vacancies and find out about training at West College Scotland’s free Paisley event on 28th October.
