SuperPark Glasgow at Frasers Plus Braehead has become the first SuperPark to introduce a loyalty scheme offering customers a free visit after ten qualifying visits.
The programme, called SuperPark Friends, is free to join online, when booking or through the park’s app.
Customers collect one “superstep” for each qualifying visit. After ten visits, they receive a free two-hour activity pass, valid on any day.
The park opened at the end of August and has been chosen to pilot the scheme for the international brand.
General manager Scott Smith said: “We are very grateful for the exceptionally warm and enthusiastic response from the local community, and across Glasgow, to SuperPark coming to Braehead.
“It has been incredible, exceeding our expectations.”
He added: “As we continue to develop the customer’s experience at SuperPark Glasgow, we’d now like to make sure that our loyal customers are getting the very most out of coming to SuperPark. If they sign up to our free SuperPark Friends programme, either online, at time of booking, or through our app, they can start a ten step journey towards a free visit to the park.”
Customers can log in online to check their progress towards a reward. A QR code displayed on screens inside the park also allows visitors to join through the app.
Scott said: “SuperPark Friends is not about rewarding transactions, it’s about rewarding active family experiences.”
SuperPark Glasgow is the brand’s first UK park and is open seven days a week. The company was founded in Finland in 2012 and also has parks in Australia, the Middle East and China.
