The first homes at Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s final development in Dargavel Village, Bishopton, will go on sale at 11am on Saturday, 31st October 2026.
The development, off Arrochar Drive, will provide 315 homes. It will include three, four and five-bedroom properties, with prices for three-bedroom homes starting at £355,000.
There will be 257 homes from the developer’s national range, introducing 11 house styles, alongside 58 homes from its Caledonian Collection.
The development will include semi-detached and detached properties. Every home will be fitted with an air source heat pump. Measures to support wildlife include bird bricks and hedgehog highways.
Footpath links will connect the development to the wider Dargavel Village community, with Arrochar Drive continuing from Craigton Drive.
The site is next to the new Thistle Primary, which is due to open in 2027. Nearby facilities include the recently opened 45-acre Central Park and the village centre.
Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “We are thrilled to launch the first new homes for sale at our final development in Dargavel Village. This marks an exciting new chapter for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and the wider community, building on the success of the neighbourhood we have helped create over the past 15 years.
“Our latest collection of homes brings together thoughtfully designed layouts, energy-efficient features and excellent connectivity to local amenities, green spaces and transport links. We know Dargavel Village remains a highly desirable place to live, and we look forward to welcoming the first homeowners to this new phase and helping even more people find their new home here.”
