Virgin Media customers across Renfrewshire are beginning to receive a TV signal again after a fault occurred across their network around 5pm tonight.
A small amount of users reported having lost their internet and telephone connections.
Customers in the West of Scotland, as well as other places across the UK also suffered problems.
Virgin Media estimates that engineers may have the service fully up and running for 9.25pm tonight.
