Police have arrested two poachers at an Angling Club near Howwood.
Around 6pm on Sunday 18th June 2017, a 33-year-old male and 39-year-old female were caught fishing without a permit at Rowbank Angling Club, near Howwood.
Both were charged with the Salmon and Fisheries Scotland Act 2003, their fishing equipment was seized and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
