Renfrewshire Council is asking for members of the public to help make their customer services better.
The Council has launched a consultation into its new customer strategy. The consultation is designed to help the Council understand the challenges customers face when accessing services so it can modernise them, making them easier to use and ensuring they meet the needs of users.
It is now asking everyone to get involved in the consultation and have their say.
Customers can take part by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/XFSR2L5 and filling out an online survey. The survey will close on 14th July 2017.
