Creative networking event coming to Paisley this October

Paisley will host a special evening for local creatives next month, giving artists the chance to learn, share and connect.

The Creative Networking Event takes place on Thursday 2nd October from 6pm–8pm at The Wynd Centre, School Wynd, Paisley, and is free to attend.

Organised in partnership with the HB Film Festival, the evening will begin with a panel discussion asking: “How can creatives communicate their work in a way that’s both meaningful and effective?”

Speakers will share insights from across photography, film, theatre and writing, offering advice that applies to all creative fields. Topics include:

• How to get your work seen by the right people
• Staying financially afloat in the freelance world
• Maintaining a healthy work–life balance while immersed in projects

After the panel, there will be time for networking – giving attendees the opportunity to share contacts, stories and experiences with others working in the arts.

Doors open at 6pm for networking, with the panel discussion starting at 6.30pm.
