Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has unveiled its newly refreshed show homes at Dargavel Village in Bishopton.
Located off Craigton Drive, the Geddes and Maxwell four-bedroom detached homes have been updated to reflect modern interior trends and continue to showcase the quality and lifestyle offered at one of Renfrewshire’s most popular developments.
Designed with families in mind, the homes feature spacious layouts, contemporary design, and are now open for visitors to view. The latest phase of Dargavel Village includes a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, including the Hughes house type — a design rarely built by Taylor Wimpey in Scotland.
Prices currently start at £239,995 for a two-bedroom Andrew home and rise to £436,995 for a four-bedroom Stewart detached property.
Taylor Wimpey says buyers can benefit from support schemes such as Easymover, which helps those selling an existing property, and Deposit Top Up, which allows buyers to boost their deposit.
Since work began in 2013, Dargavel Village has grown into a thriving community, now featuring a range of amenities, a village centre, and a 45-acre Central Park with playgrounds, walking paths, and picnic areas. The area also benefits from strong transport links via the nearby M8 and Bishopton Train Station.
The Dargavel Village sales office and show homes are open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5.30pm.
