Paisley-based Right Way Credit Union is supporting Talk Money Week 2025, a national campaign encouraging people across the UK to have more open and confident conversations about money.

Running from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th November, the initiative is led by MoneyHelper and the Money and Pensions Service under this year’s theme, Start the Conversation.

The campaign aims to break down the stigma around discussing finances, with the goal of helping people make better decisions, feel more in control, and build stronger financial habits for the future.

Right Way Credit Union, which has its headquarters on Paisley High Street, says that simple, honest conversations about money can make a big difference — whether it’s saving for the future, borrowing affordably, or managing day-to-day finances.

Across the UK, a range of events and activities will take place during the week, including online webinars, local workshops, and community drop-ins where people can chat about budgeting and money management in a supportive environment. Some employers will also be hosting financial wellbeing sessions, highlighting the benefits of payroll saving schemes.
