St Mirren supporters will get another chance to celebrate the club’s Premier Sports Cup triumph this weekend as the first-team squad and staff take part in an open-top bus parade through Paisley on Sunday.

The Buddies lifted the Premier Sports Cup for just the second time in the club’s history after a memorable 3–1 victory over Celtic at Hampden, with goals from Marcus Fraser and a Jonah Ayunga double sealing the win.

Thousands of fans turned out last weekend as the trophy was displayed at Paisley Town Hall, and the celebrations are set to continue with Sunday’s procession through the town centre.

The open-top bus parade is due to begin at around 12:30pm and is expected to last approximately one hour. The route will start on Broomlands Street before continuing via Wellmeadow Street, High Street, Storie Street, Witherspoon Street, Causeyside Street and St Mirren Street, finishing on Gauze Street. The bus will move at a slow pace along the route to allow supporters to take part in the celebrations.

The club has thanked supporters for their continued backing and encouraged as many fans as possible to turn out on Sunday afternoon to mark the historic success.
