A new six-week Writing for Wellbeing course is being launched by Active Communities, offering local residents the chance to explore creative writing in a relaxed and supportive setting.

The free course begins on Wednesday 21st January, running weekly from 2pm to 3pm, and is open to anyone interested in writing, regardless of experience.

Participants will be encouraged to write freely through guided exercises and gentle prompts, with the focus on creativity, reflection and personal wellbeing. The sessions are designed to help people slow down, express themselves, and connect more deeply with their own thoughts and experiences.

All writing materials will be provided, although attendees are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. Spaces are limited and booking is required in advance.

More information and booking details are available at: https://bookwhen.com/activecommunities.
