A driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice after a two-vehicle crash on Wellmeadow Street in Paisley on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident at around 9.55am on Saturday, 11th July.
Photographs from the scene show a grey Nissan Juke N-Connecta overturned in the road after what appears to have been a collision with a parked black Mercedes-Benz ML350.
The Mercedes sustained damage to its rear offside, while the Nissan came to rest on its roof.
Police officers, firefighters and the Scottish Ambulance Service attended the incident. Firefighters were seen working around the overturned vehicle while Wellmeadow Street was closed for several hours.
The road reopened later on Saturday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.55am on Saturday, 11 July, 2026, we received reports of a two-vehicle crash on Wellmeadow Street in Paisley.
“Officers attended and the driver of one of the vehicles was issued with a fixed penalty notice.”
