Plans have been submitted to turn a bookmaker in Paisley town centre into a new café.
At3am Leisure Ltd is seeking permission from Renfrewshire Council to change the use of Unit C at 48 Causeyside Street from a betting shop to a café.
The premises cover around 150 square metres.
Plans show the existing bookmaker would be converted to provide a customer area, servery and food preparation area.
The café would also have an office and separate male, female and accessible toilets.
The proposed layout includes an accessible section of the main counter for wheelchair users.
No changes to vehicle access or parking are proposed, with the premises having no dedicated parking spaces.
The plans have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council and are awaiting a decision.
The council notified neighbouring properties about the application on 7th September 2026, giving residents 21 days to submit comments.
