A 22-year-old man has been arrested after an alleged hit-and-run crash in Paisley.
Police were called to Lawn Street at around 9.10am on Saturday 19th September.
A 74-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were taken to hospital for treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10am on Saturday, September 19, we were called to a report of a hit and run crash on Lawn Street in Paisley.
“Emergency services attended and a 74-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were taken to hospital for treatment.
“The 22-year-old male driver of the car which left the scene was traced by police a short time later and he was arrested in connection.”
