It was another action-packed week in the Paisley Burgh Pool League, with Round 7 producing a series of big results across both the Premier Division and Championship tables.
Premier Division
Houston’s B remain top of the table after a hard-fought 7–5 victory over # Bar A. The leaders now have seven wins from seven, keeping their perfect record intact.
Clippen’s Inn A were in fine form, beating The Hazel 7–1 away from home, while Lochy’s and Pockets B played out a thrilling 6–6 draw.
There were convincing wins elsewhere for Pockets C (7–3 against Houston’s A), Pockets D (7–0 over St Peter’s Club), Pockets A (7–3 at River Inn) and Killoch Bar A (7–3 against The Heritage).
After the latest round of fixtures, Houston’s B lead the way on 14 points, just ahead of Pockets C on 13 points, with Pockets D and # Bar A both a further three points back on 10.

Championship Division
Pockets E continue to set the pace at the top after a 7–4 away win at Killoch Bar B, keeping their unbeaten run alive.
Red Fox Inn stay close behind after thrashing The Keystone 7–0, while Horseshoe B also impressed with a 7–4 win over Patter Bar A.
Houston’s D enjoyed a comfortable 7–1 victory against Blacklandmill, and Houston’s C kept their promotion hopes alive by edging Patter Bar B 7–5.
At the top, Pockets E lead the Championship on 13 points, followed by Red Fox Inn and Horseshoe B on 12 points each, with Houston’s C close behind in fourth.
