The first day of Paisley Food and Drink Festival 2026 has drawn thousands of visitors to the town centre in warm sunshine.

The festival is taking place on Friday 24th April and Saturday 25th April against the backdrop of Paisley Abbey.

More than 60 traders are serving a wide range of street food, alongside licensed bars, live music and activities for all ages.

The event site has been expanded this year to include the Big Feed Foodie Market, supported by EventScotland funding. The Renfrewshire CAMRA beer tent has also returned, along with gin tasting sessions and free family activities.

Day two of the festival begins at 12pm on tomorrow, Saturday 25th April, with traders open and entertainment running until 9pm.
