Holmes Mackillop Solicitors has appointed Lauren Brown as a paralegal at its Giffnock office.
Brown qualified as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2023 and brings more than 15 years of experience in residential property work. She has a particular focus on high-volume remortgage transactions.
Before joining Holmes Mackillop, Brown worked at a Glasgow-based firm acting for lenders. The firm said she developed a comprehensive understanding of lender requirements, title issues and managing fast-paced property transactions.
She later gained further experience at another Glasgow firm, broadening her knowledge across residential conveyancing before joining Holmes Mackillop.
The firm said Brown combines practical expertise with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and in line with lender and regulatory requirements.
