A hoax bomb has been left at Paisley Central Mosque.
The package was left at the main door at Wellmeadow Street, Paisley on Sunday night with the message “you are next”.
Police are investigating the fake bomb which was two deodorant tins taped together with wires wrapped in a plastic bag.
The hoax follows an attack in London after a van plowed into pedestrians on London Bridge followed by a knife attack by three men.
