A new six-bedroom townhouse has opened to visitors in Bishopton as part of the next stage of development at Dargavel Village.
The fully furnished show home is the first of a redesigned townhouse style introduced by Dundas Estates, which took over part of the development after Stuart Milne Homes went into administration.
The builder says the new layout replaces its previous three-storey design and has been shaped around what families have been asking for — more practical space, better room flow and clearer areas for work, relaxation and family life.
Craig Fairfoull, Sales and Marketing Director at Dundas, said the new design reflects “a full rethink rooted in what today’s buyers want”, adding that demand from larger and blended families had pushed the developer to prioritise privacy and sociability within the same home.
Dundas has adapted and refined the layout originally planned for the site, saying it wanted to improve on what was left behind rather than simply continue the old approach.
The new show home will now appear permanently in the company’s portfolio and marks an ongoing investment in Renfrewshire as Dargavel continues to grow.
Prospective buyers can view the townhouse by appointment and speak with the Dundas sales team about available plots.
