Friday night football is returning to Johnstone Castle tonight.
Johnstone Castle Friday Night Football will be back on Friday 27th February from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The weekly session had been paused due to a lighting issue, however, organisers say that has now been fixed by Renfrewshire Council.
The sessions are being delivered in partnership with Thorn Athletic Community coaches and the Johnstone Castle Youth Centre.
There is no need to sign up in advance. Young people can simply turn up and take part.
Organisers said: “We are delighted to announce Johnstone Castle Friday Night Football is back on Friday 27th February from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
“Our partners at Renfrewshire Council have kindly fixed the lighting issue, and alongside Thorn Athletic Community coaches, and the Johnstone Castle Youth Centre, we are good to go!
“No sign up, just come along and play. All welcome.”
