Thorn Athletic Football Club in Johnstone has teamed up with Team United Scotland to offer weekly football sessions for autistic and neurodiverse young people.

The sessions take place every Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm at the ON-X sports centre in Linwood and are open to boys and girls aged between 10 and 16 years old.

The new initiative aims to create a fun and supportive environment where young people can build confidence, make friends, and enjoy playing football at their own pace.

Team United Scotland, a registered charity, works with football clubs across the country to provide opportunities for young people with autism and other neurodiverse conditions to get involved in sport.
