A growing social group is bringing women together across Renfrewshire through a mix of events and activities designed to help people connect.
The Renfrewshire Ladies Social Group is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. It offers a range of regular meet-ups in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Events include coffee catch-ups, lunches and walks, as well as more organised activities such as creative workshops, talks and day trips.
Past events have included jewellery making, paint and sip sessions, cocktail making, movie nights, murder mystery evenings, sushi making classes, foraging experiences and visits to animal sanctuaries.
Organiser Rachael Smith said the variety of events means there is something to suit different interests, with members free to choose what works for them.
Members are also encouraged to organise their own events, helping keep the group active and community-led.
As well as socialising, the group has developed into a support network, with friendships forming between members.
The group is run through Facebook, where people can join, chat and find details of upcoming events.
At its core, it aims to give women the chance to meet others, try new things and feel part of a local community.
