Erskine Arts will run a summer programme at Erskine Sports Centre which will include:

Art and Craft for Primary School Aged Children – focussing on different creative themes with a finished piece of art to take home
Perform! Activity – dance, movement, singing and acting for primary school aged children
Intergenerational Masterclasses – one-off workshops in drums, guitar and songwriting with peer-to-peer mentoring across age groups. This will be for children and families and not include individual adults
Drop-In Activity – an evening/afternoon for young people of high school age to socialise and create music, play board games and relax with friends
The Friday “Big Catch Up” – open access session for families with creative stations, early years music, signposting to services. This will be followed by a Family Jam Session for families to play music together or just sit and enjoy
Sunday Studio Sessions – targeted specifically at young musicians from low income backgrounds. These will provide free access to professional recording and rehearsal facilities with industry expert Bruce Wallace.
All instruments, art materials and recording equipment will be provided as well as lunch, healthy snacks and fresh fruit.
