A man has been arrested after a Police stop and search found him to be carrying pills thought to be Valium.
At around 5.50pm on Monday 15th October police officers on patrol within the Shortroods area of Paisley observed a male acting suspiciously.
As a result of the males behaviour he was searched under the misuse of drugs act and found to be in possession of almost 400 yellow tablets thought to be Street Valium.
The man will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
