The Scottish Conservatives have published their manifesto ahead of the Scottish Parliament election on Thursday 7th May 2026, setting out their priorities on the economy, public services and law and order.

The party says its focus is on growing the economy, reducing waiting times in the NHS and improving standards in schools.

Among the headline commitments is a pledge to boost economic growth by supporting businesses and cutting what it describes as unnecessary regulation. The Conservatives say this would help create jobs and increase investment across Scotland.

On health, the party has promised action to reduce NHS waiting lists, including increasing capacity and improving access to appointments. It says tackling delays in treatment will be a key priority if elected.

Education is also a central part of the manifesto, with commitments aimed at raising attainment and improving discipline in classrooms. The party says it wants to give teachers more support and restore standards.

The Conservatives have also outlined plans on policing and justice, including measures aimed at strengthening law enforcement and addressing anti-social behaviour.

The manifesto includes proposals on transport and infrastructure, with a focus on maintaining and improving roads and supporting major projects.

Party leaders say the manifesto offers what they describe as a clear alternative on economic management and public services ahead of the election.

The Scottish Parliament election takes place on Thursday 7th May, with parties continuing to publish their manifestos in the run-up to the vote.
