Over the past few months a number of vehicles have become the target of vandalisms within the Ferguslie Park area, Paisley. Damage has been caused whilst vehicles have been carrying members of the public and passengers mainly travelling along Blackstoun road and Ferguslie Park Avenue.
Local community police officers have spoken to a group of youths known to frequent this area. Police have attended various addresses and spoken to youths in the presence of their parents and guardians with a view to educating them on the disruption and impact that anti-social behaviour can have on the local community.
PC Gillespie would ask all local residents to be vigilant of persons hanging about or acting suspiciously within the area to call police immediately.
