Paisley charity ACCORD Hospice is to undergo a refurbishment to their in inpatient unit.
This refurbishment will create an environment that sees the inside of the building meeting the outside to ensure patients have access to both with ease and comfort.
When complete, the unit will have 8 single rooms with en-suite wet rooms, specialist equipment within each room and a private patio area with access to the gardens. A sense of homeliness, modernisation and safety will be felt throughout with fresh, vibrant décor and a centralised nurse reception area that will enhance the safety and accessibility to our patients.
Local contractor, Clark Contracts, has been awarded the project following a competitive tender process. Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with six operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. The company works throughout the UK, employing over 250 employees

Our patients have been at the forefront of every decision we have made, with the changes expected to enhance every aspect of their care.”
