Merchant Homes has unveiled there will be a further release of its new family homes in Linwood starting at £197,500.
There will be a number of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes available at the stunning Napier Grove development, including the popular house type, the Arran, with move in dates from March this year.
According to recent data by moving comparison experts Reallymoving, almost a quarter of all home movers downsized last year, accelerated by record energy bills and inflationary pressures.
