A travelling funfair offering unlimited rides is opening in Linwood from Friday.
Fun Time Carnivals will set up at Linwood football pitches from Friday 22nd May until Sunday 31st May.
Visitors can buy an unlimited ride wristband for £9.99, with sessions lasting between two hours and two-and-a-half hours depending on the day and time slot.
Organisers are encouraging people to arrive on time to make full use of their wristband session.
Last year’s event was badly affected by poor weather, including heavy rain and storms across the area.
This year’s forecast is looking much brighter, with overcast and sunny conditions expected for much of next week and temperatures forecast to climb into the low 20s.
Entry costs £1 per person for anyone not buying a wristband.
The funfair will be closed on Tuesday 26th May, Wednesday 27th May and Thursday 28th May.
Bungee trampolines, the play area and inflatables are not included in the wristband price.
Height restrictions apply and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The funfair can be found at the Linwood football pitches, at the bottom of Bridge Street at the junction with the A761, across from the Tesco car park. Visitors can find it by entering postcode PA3 3DE into their sat nav.
